Entivity, A Phoenix Contact Company, and Xycom Automation, Inc. form OEM Agreement

Ann Arbor, MI - September 19, 2001 Entivity, A Phoenix Contact Company, and Xycom Automation Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pro-face America, Inc., announced today that Entivity and Xycom have agreed to an OEM relationship. This will bundle the Entivity software with the Xycom PC hardware products offering the installed base of ASAP customers an alternative Softlogic solution. No financial details were disclosed.

"In order to continue to grow Xycom Automation's Industrial PC business, we have decided to discontinue any future development on the ASAP Softlogic product," commented Bruce Buscher, Vice President of Xycom Automation, Inc. "The ASAP products ASIC 100, 200, and 300 will continue to remain available in the current versions as Xycom focuses on being a leading North American Industrial PC company. Even though software development is outside our focus, I believe that our agreement with Entivity offers our customer base several long-term Softlogic solutions, which include IEC 61131-3 or FlowChart Programming. Bundling Entivity software with Xycom hardware provides both the Xycom and the Entivity sales channel a complete solution for their customers."

"Both Xycom and the Entivity sales channels will sell this bundled solution but customers can expect a single source of support.
