Entivity Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Ann Arbor, MI - July 19, 2001 Entivity announced today that David Morgan has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Morgan brings 20 years of operating experience in the telecommunications and high-technology industries, including eight years at the director, vice president, and CFO levels. Mr. Morgan has also held significant leadership positions in sales, marketing and operations. Most recently, Mr. Morgan served as Vice President, Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer at Clover Technologies, INC., Wixom, Michigan (formerly a subsidiary of SBC Communications, Inc.).
