Chrysler
- Case Study #102

|
The Chrysler Plant in Kokomo, Indiana is a transmission
assembly plant for DaimlerChrysler. The plant produces 2.6 million
transmissions per year.
|
|
Ken More, Plant Manager, found a way, using Entivity
products, to reduce floor space and downtime in his land-locked
and increasingly crowded plant: "We shaved twelve weeks
- one quarter - off our setup time, which translates into 50,000
additional transmissions that we were able to build."
