Entivity Boot Camps Scheduled!

Entivity continues to deliver support services to those who are in the decision process, just learning, or becoming masters in flowcharting. We have developed a wide-range of training classes that benefit every type of developer. Our Boot Camp training class appeals to those where are thinking about buying the product, but wants a hands-on demonstration to help decide. We have the Developers course that is an introductory course to those just learning flowcharting and PC-Based control. Additionally we offer an Applications course that expands on those concepts and delves deeper in the programming software. Finally, there is the Maintenance course that is offered for those who will be doing the debugging and maintenance of the project.

Beginning in March, Entivity will be offering the Boot Camps in Ann Arbor, Michigan. These are in addition to those that are still offered by our ESPs. The next course is hosted by Industrial Logic on March 5th and 6th. Visit Entivity's Boot Camp site for more information.

Entivity's developers are working on the newest version of Entivity VLC to enhance it's already solid frame. Be sure to look for it early second quarter 2003.

POSCO's history takes them back to 1966 when they were formed by the Korean government. Eventually in the year 2000, POSCO went into private

Enhancements to the Live! 5.5 debug tool, AppTracker

Think & Do Live! 5.5 from Entivity has taken the already sophisticated debugging tool, AppTracker and made it even easier in version 5.5. You now have the following additions in the debugging tool:

• Cross Reference data items from within AppTracker
• Ability to lock the flowchart logic
• Decode system data items that normally contain cryptic information
• Ability to launch AppTracker while the project is out of sync

Visit eAnswer on the Entivity Web Site!

The Entivity eAnswer system is a browser-based knowledge base system that empowers Entivity's customers to find the information that they need, when they need it. eAnswer is available from the Support page on the Entivity Website.

All customers have had access to the eAnswer system since it's inception at the end of 1998. eAnswer has had almost 128,000 hits and almost 24,000 specific searches since then, helping customers across the globe find answers to issues even when their local time zones and holidays make contact difficult.

eAnswer is also an ideal way to submit technical support questions. When someone posts a new question here, emails are dispatched immediately to all Entivity support engineers notifying them of a new incident. It is not uncommon to receive responses to incidents posted late at night, weekends, and holidays.
